Anna Toth is a litigator dedicated to the practice of family law. She has experience with the drafting of cohabitation and separation agreements; negotiating of interim and final settlements; and advancing legal proceedings in high conflict circumstances. As a lawyer, Anna prioritizes fierce empathy, candor, and preparedness.
Anna was born and raised in Richmond, attended law school at the University of Western Ontario, and is thrilled to be back in British Columbia, practicing in her home city.
During her time in law school, Anna lead Western’s Dispute Resolution Centre, where she conducted mediations, and provided alternative dispute resolution training to students, and members of the community. In addition, she worked for Pro Bono Students Canada, and Western’s Community Legal Clinic.
In her free time, Anna likes photography, music, filmmaking, yoga and running.
